Your District Manager provides support on a continuing basis, offering operational and promotional advice while keeping you up-to-date on developments in the market, upcoming Pioneer promotions, and more. Your District Manager will also bring you together with other Pioneer Retailers/Licensees regularly to share ideas.
Intensive initial training will help get your Pioneer business off to a successful start and ongoing training programs are aimed at keeping you at the top of your field. Pioneer has also developed an easy to use recruitment and staff training program to help you hire and retain the best employees available.
Dynamic point-of-purchase (P.O.P) materials, including pump toppers and pole signs, combined with powerful marketing messages delivered through a variety of media, means that the Pioneer name is always at the forefront in consumers’ minds.
To promote communication throughout the network, you will receive Pioneer’s Retailer ExPress publication several imes a year. This full colour magazine is packed full of ideas, profiles and other articles to keep you in touch with what’s happening within the Pioneer organization.
Pioneer also maintains a website, www.pioneer.ca, where the latest information is posted for consumers. For Pioneer Retailers/Licensees there is a secure electronic area called the Staff Room that is accessible from each Retailer location. This Staff Room provides Retailers/Licensees with all of the company’s published documents including bulletins, merchandising memorandums, personal and public memos as well as site specific reporting.
