This promotional contest is intended for viewing and participation by legal residents of Canada residing in the Canadian province of Ontario. Please do not proceed if you are not a legal resident of Ontario, Canada at time of entry.

CONTEST PERIOD:

1. The "Pioneer Petroleum's MYCASH Card Promotion Summer09" (the "Contest") begins on Saturday, July 18th, 2009 (12:01 a.m. EST) and ends on Saturday, October 31st, 2009 (11:59 p.m. EST) (the "Contest Period"). All MYCASH Cards must be first swiped at a participating Pioneer station by no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on October 31, 2009, after which time the Contest will be closed and all MYCASH Cards will become null and void. All MYCASH Cards may terminate on the date when all MYCASH Cards have been swiped if that date is earlier. This contest is being conducted by Pioneer Petroleums (the contest "Sponsor", "Pioneer").

HOW TO ENTER:

1. No purchase necessary. A total of 1,000 MYCASH Cards will be printed. Any person who obtains a MYCASH Card at a Pioneer sponsored event will have overall odds of 1 in 1 of winning a prize (assuming all cards are distributed, for example, some cards may be lost at an event or destroyed during the printing process). The number of prizes available to be won will diminish as prizes are claimed during the contest period.
2. MYCASH Cards will be distributed at various Pioneer sponsored events including, but not limited to these events and while supplies last:
• Hamilton Tiger-Cats home games on July 18 and 31, August 8, September 7, 18 and 25, and October 12 and 31, 2009.
• Bass Pro Shops 2009 Fall Hunting Classic Show on August 7 to August 23, 2009.
3. Take the MYCASH Card to any participating Pioneer petroleum station, swipe the card there and you are eligible to win the prize revealed.

All MYCASH Cards have a prize.

• 300 cards will reveal a $1.00 prize (the odds of obtaining this prize are 1 in 3.33).
• 600 cards will reveal a $2.00 prize (the odds of obtaining this prize are 1 in 1.66).
• 100 cards will reveal a $5.00 prize (the odds of obtaining this prize are 1 in 10).

You must use the value revealed by the MYCASH Card being swiped against any goods or services offered at that Pioneer petroleum station except for the following goods: tobacco, lottery tickets, Pioneer gift cards and other exceptions designated by Pioneer. If you do not purchase enough goods or services to use the entire value revealed then the unused value will remain on the MYCASH Card and can be used later (if the card is subsequently lost or stolen, the unused value in the card will not be replaced). Once the value of the MYCASH Card is reduced to $0.00, the card cannot be used again and Pioneer reserves the right to retain the card.

The MYCASH Card can only be swiped and used in-store at the cash desk of the participating Pioneer station and cannot be used for "pay-at-pump" services.

4. Any MYCASH Cards not initially swiped before the contest closing date (October 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. EST) become null and void and no longer valid for swiping. Prizes from cards not swiped before the contest closing date will not be awarded.
5. All MYCASH Cards will become null and void, and any value on the card will be depleted to $0.00 on October 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).

2X BONUS BUCKS OFFER:

1. When during contest period you first swipe MYCASH Card and your Pioneer Bonus Bucks Card (EBB Card) at the same time on the same purchase at participating Pioneer station, receive 2X Bonus Bucks on all eligible purchases for the next 30 days.
2. A MYCASH Card can only be used once along with an EBB Card to receive the 2x Bonus Bucks offer.
3. A MYCASH Card cannot be first used for "pay-at-pump" services along with an EBB Card to receive the 2x Bonus Bucks offer. The MYCASH Card can only be first swiped and used in-store at the cash desk of the participating Pioneer station along with an EBB Card at the same time on the same purchase at participating Pioneer station to receive the 2x Bonus Bucks offer.

GENERAL RULES:

1. Limit one (1) MYCASH Card per person per purchase.
2. The MYCASH Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and all unauthorized usage of the card is solely the responsibility of the cardholder. By use of the MYCASH Card the cardholder is deemed to have agreed to and confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of use and of these official rules and regulations.
3. By accepting any prize, that person agrees to these contest rules and consents to the use without compensation of their photograph, name and city of residence in any publicity campaigns related to the contest.
4. Contest open to residents of Ontario who have a driver's license issued by the Province of Ontario and who are age 19 years and up who are not an employee of the Sponsor, the Sponsor's Retailer/Agent/Dealer, representative or domiciled with such at any of the foregoing.

The decision of the contest judges is final in respect of any matter relating to this contest. The contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

5. Only official MYCASH Cards are valid and MYCASH Cards are subject to verification and are automatically void if not obtained through authorized channels or are tampered with, illegible, mutilated or irregular in any way or if they contain printing or other errors. At the sole option of Pioneer, in the event of printing or any other type of production irregularities or similar occurrence with the MYCASH Cards, and MYCASH Card prizes are different than the prizes designated in these official rules or claims exceeds the number of prizes set forth in these official rules for that respective prize category: (i) in the case of different prizes appearing on the swiped cards (for example, $100 rather than $1), the maximum prize of $5 in this contest will be awarded to the person making the claim for the prize [therefore, under no circumstances will more than a $5 prize be awarded], and (ii) if claims exceeds the number of prizes available to be won as set forth in these official rules for that respective prize, a random drawing will be conducted among all those entries making a purportedly valid claim to award the total number of prizes in the category(s) in question as set forth in these official rules (or at the sole option of Pioneer it may designate some other method of addressing the situation). Pioneer at its sole option may substitute any prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
6. The prize must be accepted as awarded and in the name of the winner, is not transferable, and no substitution will be made for any prize. Value of any MYCASH Card cannot be transferred to a Pioneer Bonus Bucks Card. MYCASH Cards have no cash surrender value.
7. All MYCASH Cards are the property of the Sponsor. Persons tampering with cards or abusing the contest rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor, including its agents, representatives and those associated with them, are not responsible for any MYCASH Card, or the claim for prize, which fails to get entered, is lost, misdirected or which arrives late, as the case may be, whether or not due to the fault of the sponsor or of any other person or thing and whether or not due to any computer, software or any other technical malfunctions. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or amend the contest, in its sole discretion, if any of the foregoing technical problems prevents the fair or proper administration of the contest.
